Here’s why:
Our salon’s standard cancellation policy allows guests to cancel or reschedule up to 48 hours before their appointment. Once an appointment falls within 48 hours, it becomes a 100% financial obligation because that reserved time is unlikely to be filled on short notice.

A same-day Blú Queue™ appointment is already inside that 48-hour window the moment it becomes available. Since there is no opportunity to cancel outside of the policy window, full payment is required before the appointment is confirmed.

This policy ensures fairness and consistency for all guests while protecting the time reserved exclusively for you.

How The Blú Queue™ Works
• Join The Blú Queue™ through our online waitlist or by following the same-day instructions we provide.
• If an opening becomes available that matches your requested service and schedule, we’ll contact you.
• Full payment is required to secure the appointment.
• Once payment is received, you’ll receive a “Head This Way” text with instructions on when to arrive.
• If payment is not received within the time provided, the appointment will be released to the next guest on The Blú Queue™.

Please Note:
The Blú Queue™ is a digital same-day waitlist, not a walk-in service. Joining the queue does not guarantee an appointment, and guests should not come to the salon unless they have received a confirmed “Head This Way” text after payment has been processed.
