Service Description
Color Coverage Experience. Our professional color experiences are structured through the BlúCareRX™ Method to prioritize scalp wellness, preserve hair integrity, support healthy-hair goals, and create beautiful results with a realistic long-term maintenance plan. ⚠️ Prerequisite: the BlúCareRX™ Consultation® is required before booking all chemical services, extension services, keratin treatments, and major transformations.
Cancellation Policy
Out The Blú Beauty Bar is appointment-only. Your time is reserved exclusively for you. Because of this, the reserved time is considered a financial obligation. Booking Requirements: • All guests: 50% non-refundable retainer required (where applicable). • Last-minute appointments booked by hairstylist under 48 hours require full payment. Retainers apply toward your final balance. The remaining balance is due before your service begins. 48-Hour Cancellation Policy • 48 hours notice required to cancel or reschedule. • Late cancellations (under 48 hours) = 50% charge. • No-call / No-show = 100% charge. Declined payments must be resolved before rebooking. Late Arrivals 5-minute grace period. After 5 minutes, services may be shortened, rescheduled, or subject to a $25 late fee. Service Guarantee Corrections must be requested within 3 business days. Appointment requests are reviewed prior to approval.
