Service Description
Structured loc care designed for guests wearing traditional locs, starter locs, or cultivated loc systems who require professional maintenance, scalp support, and structured styling within the BlúCareRX™ framework.
Cancellation Policy
Out The Blú Beauty Bar is appointment-only, and your reserved time is held exclusively for you. Booking Appointments confirm automatically when your 50% non-refundable retainer is paid. The retainer applies toward your service, and the remaining balance is due before your service begins. Online booking closes 48 hours before your appointment; for sooner availability, contact us. Short-notice appointments require full payment. Cancellations & Changes Please give at least 48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations inside 48 hours and no-shows are charged the remaining 50% of the service price. Total charges never exceed 100% of the service price. Declined payments must be resolved before rebooking. Late Arrivals 5-minute grace period. After that, services may be shortened, rescheduled, or subject to a $25 late fee. Service Guarantee Corrections must be requested within 3 business days.
